Unbelievers and a lot of believers have said and are saying so many negative things about it. It has become a subject of discourse all over. This got me thinking and meditating. As a man graced to be a teacher, this book is also a revelation to me too. It is not aimed at judging, rather it is aimed at enlightening the body of Christ. Please do not be in a hurry to conclude at any chapter, do all you can to prayerfully read through and meditate on it. I believe that all that we need to know about tithe and offering is not written here, however, I think it is an eye opener for further revelation on the subject matter. Thanks.

We cannot pick up the Word of God and put it down with yet still the expectation of receiving what it says. Our continuance in the Word is the key to our forthcoming knowledge and revelation. Jesus said, “Then are ye my disciples indeed” Disciples are disciplined ones that recognize the order of God and will themselves to carry it out. These orders carried out are the physical evidence of the disciplined spirits, willed from the soul (mind). This is the order of God. When your spirit (heart) is disciplined toward God, your soul wills your body to follow through.

The Impact of Organizational Capital Investment on Employee Innovation in the Manufacturing Industry

overarching question was: Does organizational capital investment impact employee innovation in the manufacturing industry? Organizations tend to
place much emphasis on how skill drives innovation, but not on how capital investment impact employee innovation. The research was guided using a
qualitative phenomenological case study design to probe the impact of capital investment on employee innovation. Participants were selected through a convenience and purposive sampling method using the researcher’s personal professional network as well as the snowball method to seek participants from individuals’ referrals. Data collection involved personal interviews, audio recording, and note taking. The assumption was that employee innovation is not an option but a necessity, because organizations compete on global fronts for resources and market share. Consequently, capital investment in machinery and employee innovation becomes symbiotic in nature, not mutually exclusive. Results showed employee innovation can be impacted and enhanced through the acquisition and application of appropriate technological capital investment. The researcher recommends further research to ascertain whether the amount of organizational capital investment is proportional to the development of employee innovativeness.

God, Where Are My Muscles?

Buddy dreamt that God had given him huge muscles to fight off the Wallaces. He fought them off single-handedly and Styles watched and cheered. All About Life: A Black Man’s Journey

Johnny Albritton Jr, grew up in New Jersey, attended Lincoln Tech Trade School, and later served in the United States Navy. An athlete when younger, he earned a four year scholarship to Tennessee State University before enjoying his lifelong self-employed business of appliance refrigeration and air conditioning service. He also enjoys inventing and of course writing poetry from his home in Florida.
