PUBLISHING PACKAGES

Once the publisher has commenced the work on the registration of the book (LCCN and ISBN numbers are assigned to the work) and login credentials of the author’s online account are provided to the author for royalty updates, refunds for any advance paid by the author shall be invalid.

MARKETING SERVICES

Once the author signs the marketing contract and the marketing order form, the marketer may commence work on the marketing of the book. Refunds for any amount paid by the author shall be invalid.

BOOK ORDERS

No refund will be issued after the customer has given final approval of the order and books have been printed and shipped to the customer’s address.
