MARKETING PROCESS
Your Guide to Seamless Book Promotion – From Manuscript to Marketplace
Service Purchase Confirmation
The service contract, receipt, and service details will be sent via mail and email from the finance department to the author, with the marketing department CC’d.

Order Processing & Initial Communication
The marketing department reviews the order and sends a Marketing Order Form (MOF) for final approval.

Preparing the Service
Our team prepares for the service. The marketing fulfillment officer will gather the necessary information and materials from the client (e.g., target audience, key goals, etc.) to ensure alignment with the required objectives for success (depending on the type of marketing service).
Note: We only start fulfilling the service after receiving full payment and signing both the service contract and the MOF.

Client Review & Feedback
Once we have prepared the material, we share it with the client for feedback. We’ll make any revisions they suggest, ensuring they meet their expectations (typically, only 3 revisions are allowed, depending on the type of marketing service).

Execution of the Plan
With the author’s approval, we launch the campaign, whether it involves posting content or running ads. (Minimum turnaround time is 4 weeks.)

Performance Tracking & Reporting
We monitor the campaign's performance and provide a detailed report on what worked and the results. (This is subject to the procedure policy of the specific marketing service.)

Final Report
After the campaign ends, we share a final report.

Content Creation & Strategy (Complimentary Service)
The creative team works on crafting content and complimentary marketing materials for the client’s service (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, ads).
