Pricing the Profitable Sale: The Manager’s Guide to Value Pricing

Pricing the Profitable Sale: The Manager’s Guide to Value Pricing represents a complete revision of a prior work entitled Pricing for Profit: The Manager’s Guide to Market Oriented Pricing. Like the earlier book, its purpose is to assist corporate managers in realizing the full potential available in the product or service price as a company’s primary revenue and profit generator. The book is a radical departure from standard texts in its practical and quantitative approach. Because of its heavy use of formulas, graphs, reference tables, and pricing rules and guidelines, it will appeal primarily to marketers with a background in the sciences or engineering and less so to individuals who prefer a less rigorous treatment of the subject. A special feature of the book is three chapters devoted to price optimization techniques for determining sell prices of products or services designed to achieve maximum sales revenues, market share, or profits for the firm. Numerous examples throughout the text demonstrate the use of the material presented. Pricing the Profitable Sale should also be of interest to academia. In a business school MBA program, it could serve either as the primary text in a course on pricing or, in an advanced marketing class, as a supplement to one of the standard marketing texts.

Peter Zell grew up in Stuttgart, Germany, and Oak Park, Illinois, where he attended high school. He holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois. After two years of active duty with the U.S. Army Reserve, Mr. Zell was employed as an engineer by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Virginia. He subsequently left for New York City to study business administration earning an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School. There followed a successful career in marketing and sales management with diverse multinational companies, both stateside and abroad. Mr. Zell also holds a law degree and is a retired member of the Illinois State Bar Association. Since 2003, he has lived in retirement near Phoenix, Arizona.

The Great Mission of Jesus Christ on Earth

On earth today, many Christians and humanity have now reached a stage where they must make a shift into the next level of their consciousness to enable them to communicate with Jesus Christ through prayer, meditation, and fasting to receive the baptism of the holy spirit to complete their rapture or ascension. In this book, The Great Mission of Jesus Christ, John Entsuah explains the most important key points.

The first key point are the hidden teachings of Jesus Christ, which is also known as the spiritual gospel of Jesus Christ, where many teachings of Jesus Christ were rejected by the Christian council organized by King Constantine during his reign as the Roman emperor in the second century.

The second key point is the great mission of Jesus Christ, where he came to give humanity the power of the Holy Spirit to awaken their Christ consciousness to conquer sin and death.

In the third key point, John Entsuah explains the second coming of Christ, which is about Christ conception and Christ-consciousness awakening in the

heart of every soul on earth through prayer, meditation, and fasting to connect directly with Jesus Christ to receive the atonement power as the grace.

Last of all, he explains that the human consciousness separates us from God because of the spiritual fall of Adam and Eve caused by Satan.

Christ consciousness reconnects us back to God through Jesus Christ by receiving the atonement power through the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the

light of Christ in the heart of our souls. This is transforms us all into Christ like beings with Christ body, Christ blood, and Christ consciousness to inherit the kingdom of God.

    Truly Pertinent Questions

Author of three anthologies, In My Heart…On My Mind, The Root of My Affection, and Truly Pertinent Questions, Wayne D. Russell is an educator, researcher, poet, songwriter, and producer. He is known as pragmatist, his brusque yet seductive approach to writing challenges the reader to confront the esoteric.

Russell describes his poetry as political, provocative, and unapologetically blunt, taking the mundane and making it sublime. His writing assuages the readers to see the elegance in simplicity and to encourages them to confront the unknown.

This author invites the reader on a random walk through their constructed realities and further challenges them to explore its nebulous boundaries. He forces them to grapple with their own imagining; it is this quasi-spiritual exploration that gives credence to his body of work.

Wayne D. Russell is a Mathematics lecturer and researcher at Medgar Evers College, The City University of New York. He has written and presented academic papers, nationally and internationally, bringing innovation to Mathematics learning.

Russell is also the Chief Executive Officer of EduSols LLC, a New York based small business research entity. He is the Executive Director and principal songwriter of LyricSurge Records, a small independent recording label operating out of New York and Ft. Lauderdale.

    Book of Hard Facts

I was sitting in a waiting room and looked for something to read. There were a couple of children’s books and that was it. I thumbed through them – same books sixty years ago.

I thought I needed to do a children’s book. – A parent could interact with. So, I came up with “Hard Facts.”

It’s compiled of things that mom and dad would tell you not to do, and like most children, it went in one ear and out the other. It was never retained in the brain. So, when your mom and dad weren’t around, you did it.

I talked to the ER nurses, and they gave me actual situations that happened over the years by children that did not listen.

I found an artist and we came up with “Diputs” and reacted out each possible rule ending in possible death.

I showed the book to teachers, police, doctors, and firefighters and got great reviews. Around 80% of “mothers” said it was too graphic for their children.

I went back to the drawing board and tamed it down. Now, about 50% of mothers said to tame it down more. So, it went back to the artist one more time and we decided that it was enough.

It’s not a perfect world and you can’t wrap your children in bubble wrap. Nobody can watch their children 24-7. Kids will be kids, but with “Hard Facts,” you can go page by page with your child and this time it won’t go in one ear and out the other.

    When God Speaks, Obey!

This is an inspirational book about obeying God when he speaks.

When the Holy Spirit spoke to the Author that this was the last time he was going to be called to repent, the Author obeyed and ask the Lord Jesus to come into the author’s life and take control.

The Holy Spirit told the Author if the Author would stay out of his way, that the Holy Spirit “would make him Chief of Police of Jennings.” One and a half years later the Author was appointed Chief of Police Jennings, Louisiana.

There are some serious things and there are some comical things in the Author’s long career as a law Enforcement officer and his journey from a professing Christian to a born again Christian. They are all captured in this book.
