Nina K. Johnson has a Master of Education Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Nina was a teacher and administrator over programs for handicapped children before retiring. She came from a family of educators. She was greatly influenced by her grandmother, who was an administrator and her mother who taught special reading classes. She is married to her husband of 43 years. Nina has enjoyed reading all her life. Aft er retiring, she began writing and has said it has been very easy for her to picture her characters and their lives.
