Nick is a fitness professional with over twenty five years of experience in the industry. He has served clients of all ages during the course of his career as an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. The clients he served came to him from all backgrounds and with a variety of health and fitness challenges giving him the wisdom and insight he now shares with you in “Healthy Aging & You: Your Journey to Becoming Happy, Healthy & Fit”. His father’s death from cancer in 1983 at the age of 64 touched him deeply and had a profound effect on his own life. He promised himself that he would live his life in service to others and use his knowledge of fitness to help people of all ages grow “older – and not old”. The result is his continuing effort today to help people find their own way to a healthier and happier life. Nick is committed to making a difference in the lives of people as they face the challenges of aging in the 21st century.
