I’m known for my zest, love for plants and animals, and tolerance for people. Mentally, I spent most of my childhood in imaginary worlds. In real life, I was armed with a… stick and ran through the woods or fields-or I sat, like a stone, with a pencil and paper. Winter was a beast think long and very cold. In those frozen months, my creativity bloomed. Storytelling became a fixation. Fast forward past a few real-world adventures, and here I am-still in Wisconsin. I share a house with my husband, stepchildren, dogs, two rescued tortoises, and many fish. Imaginary adventures still invade my mind, and through writing and drawing, I share these worlds.
