Tyrone was born and raised in the city of Portland Multnomah County Oregon and is the son of Former Oregon State Senator Avel Gordly first african american female elected to the Oregon State Senate and son of U.S. Army Captain Neshelle Waters first african american officer of the Oregon National Guard.
