The 76th Frankfurter Buchmesse (16–20 October 2024) puts a spotlight on current topics in the world of international publishing and on today’s socio-political issues. The mission of Author Reputation Press is to foster literary connections between authors and readers. In line with this, ARP displayed several of its remarkable books at the largest book trade fair in the world. The book gallery was even more interesting because of the large variety of genres in the exhibition.
The book “Silent Invasion” by Christopher Shockowitz is a sci-fi thriller that revolves around a mysterious event involving an intricate mixture of nanites discovered at an underwater crash site. This intriguing premise sets the stage for a series of unfolding mysteries and potential dangers associated with the nanites.
As the narrative develops, readers can expect a blend of science fiction elements and thrilling plot twists, reflecting common themes found in the genre, such as advanced technology, unknown threats, and the exploration of human responses to extraordinary circumstances.
The story is part of the Zalthuras series, suggesting that it may delve into broader themes or a larger universe beyond the immediate plot.
Author Chris Shockowitz discovered science fiction when he was ten, and his dad recommended the Lensman Series by E. E. Doc Smith. After reading the series, he fell in love with the genre. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a business degree and has worked as an intern for 25 years.
