Tre Fit is a certified NASM CPT and Precision nutrition coach from Brooklyn NY. During his time as a fitness coach, he has helped some of his clients lose up to 100 pounds! Back in 2014 Tre competed in his first NPC fitness competition in men’s physique and placed 3rd. Back in 2006 Tre was introduced to trading from a friend who taught him how to trade the S&P 500 Emini futures. Since then, Tre has become passionate about personal finances and investing. After seeing the correlation between fitness and finance he wrote this book on the 2 things he is passionate about health and wealth.Tre is also the creator of T.U.B.E (The Ultimate Band Experience) training program, which utilizes tube resistance bands with traditional and functional exercise movement.
