Jolene is a private investigator and since she was in high school, she has been clipping and saving newspaper articles of young women killed mysteriously in the same manner throughout the United States. She is now determined to find the killer. Her father, the chief of police in their small town finds out about what she has been doing and puts her in touch with a friend in the FBI. After hearing and seeing Jolene’s scrapbooks, Agent Haines decides to help her with her quest. Together they go on the search for the killer.
